This plan includes 12 short, body weight workouts, meant to be completed over the course of a month - just 3 a week. The workouts include a 4 min warm up and a 2 min cool down, along with 3-4 body weight exercises, complete with tutorials and lots of rest breaks. The equipment required for this plan may include yoga blocks or a stretchy band.
