This plan was born from my Signature Magic: Whole Body Conditioning & Recovery Class, an all levels class offered Online Only. We need good core strength for pretty lines in the air AND on the ground. We will floss the nerves, warm the muscles, and condition the heck out of them. Class ends with a short cool down and some RAD Recovery, followed by a meditation to bolster and prepare you to go back to the world. You need just enough space for a yoga mat.
Your training plan borrows the structure of the class and condenses it into time saving bites that you can work into your schedule whenever you have time. It also embodies the Body by Fran Targeted, Trick Specific Training ideals, and applies them in an off-the-pole manner.
