Midweek Muscle Magic

Midweek Muscle Magic is a four week series starting January 8th that is designed to help you build stability and mobility through strength. Our classes will take you through a series of mobility and stability drills to help you address movement concerns from your daily life, mobility issues for life AND sport, and help you combat upper body stress from “tech neck,” desk jobs, and improper posture. As we age we need to ensure LONGEVITY, and if you are a pole dancer, oh boy will we relieve some of that overuse!

Here’s how M.A.G.I.C. will guide us each week:

M - Movement Mastery: Laying the foundation with alignment and technique.
A - Activation: Igniting those stabilizing muscles we use every day.
G - Growth: Building mobility and strength.
I - Integrity: Keeping neck and spine healthy and tension-free.
C - Consistency: Creating lasting change with take-home drills for each week.

The primary tools you will want handy are yoga blocks and a mini band/TheraBand, but a peanut is nice to have (any other things we can fake on the fly with items in your home.)
