Embrace Your Magic is a 5 week, one-on-one coaching program designed to jump start your movement journey, find a sustainable fitness routine, and build lasting habits. You get short customized workouts (under 25 min each) that are specifically designed for your goals, ranging from achieving a specific pole move or general strength and conditioning.

  • Is this program suitable for beginners? YES! It does not matter your reason for getting in or back in shape, we will start from where you are to help build something sustainable you can do right from home! Your goals could be making better habits, training for a specific Pole move, standing up without pain, having more energy, getting back into life, etc. Together we will adjust your workout to the level and specific needs YOU have.

  • What does in mean to apply for a chance to purchase; can’t anyone purchase? No! Acceptance is based on the answers in your application. I am investing a great deal of my time in YOUR success, and I only want the motivated individuals in the program. You don’t need a specific skill level to start, but you do need to WANT it.

  • What happens in a one-on-one coaching call? Initially we will talk about your goals for the program and do an initial assessment, but after that it’s up to you. We can chat about your progress, workout together, or go over a move you are working on.

  • What happens once I am accepted? Once accepted, you will be sent a link to purchase your program. After you enroll, you will get a link to schedule your first one-on-one session and an assessment form to preview. This weekly one-on-one coaching call will help us narrow down what your fitness goals are and what you should expect from the program. After we collaborate on your goals, I will take some time to put together your first week's set of videos (24-48 hours) and get them to you. I will then build a template for the rest of your training, however, the next week's coaching call may impact decisions, depending on how it is going for YOU.

  • Do I need to be in shape? NO! If you need to get in shape, THIS is the program you need. It provides targeted movements designed for YOUR goals, and accountability to help make sure you follow through!

  • Is three 20-25 min workouts enough to see results? YES! Keep in mind these are targeted workout to meet your goals, so they will be focused to the area you are working. In addition, since you receive a 10-class pack, you could also work in 2x 60-75 min classes a week of dance or extra conditioning. This allows for some variety in your workouts that you may not otherwise get in a traditional boot camp. The beautiful part about this is it’s really only that time in total - no surprises and can fit anywhere in your day.

  • How much time per week will this program take? This program is 5 weeks with a total of 15 pre-recorded 20-25 min sessions, lovingly put together based on YOUR goals. In addition to the time spent doing the prerecorded sessions, we will meet 5 times for 30 minutes each to talk about your program and how it is going for you. Since you also have up to 10 x 75 min classes available to you, the total time invested ranges from 7 (minimum) - 24 hours of time invested. Since this is from home, we eliminate any lengthy trips to the gym or showering in public, and get you back to your life. A targeted warm up and cool down are included in every pre-recorded session.

  • Do I need access to a pole? NO. I have a bank of moves that require minimal equipment - yoga mat, block, stretchy band. If you want to work on Pole moves, it would be helpful to have a pole to add to the training, but it is not required. Your program will be built for YOU.

  • How do I know if the course will work for me? If you are willing to put in the time and effort for a few short weeks, the program WILL work for you. I am not just providing a library of moves or things to look up, you are getting a follow along video so we do the workout together!

  • What is a Nerve Floss/Glide? This is a motion that prepares the body for movement by getting nerves to shift and find their proper “grooves” to flow freely. This way you are working your muscles, and not increasing nerve pain.
